小麦倒春寒抗性鉴定及分子机制研究进展

摘要:
春季低温严重影响小麦的产量和品质。在总结和了解国内外相关研究成果的基础上,对小麦春季抗寒性的鉴定时期、鉴定方法、鉴定指标及低温胁迫下的转录组和蛋白组等方面的研究进行总结,对小麦倒春寒抗寒性鉴定存在的问题和发展趋势进行了探讨。认为,目前小麦倒春寒抗性鉴定方法多但不够系统,指标多但不够精准,难以对小麦种质资源进行系统的倒春寒抗性评价。虽然通过转录组学和蛋白组学鉴定了大量的低温胁迫响应的基因,但并未通过转基因等手段进行候选基因的功能验证。提出不同领域应互相协作,深入研究小麦倒春寒抗性最佳的鉴定时期、最适的低温强度及持续时间、准确的仪器设备、可靠的评价指标,最终制定一套准确可靠的小麦抗倒春寒鉴定技术规程。在此基础上,对小麦种质资源进行系统的倒春寒抗性评价,筛选优异种质并解析其分子遗传机理

Advances on Identification and Molecular Basis of Wheat Cold Tolerance in Spring

Abstract:
The freezing caused by low-temperature in spring seriously destabilizes the yield production and grain quality of the common wheat. This article summarized research progress of the phenotyping method of wheat cold tolerance in spring as well as the transcriptomic and proteomic approaches. Current issues and speculations in wheat coldness tolerance were addressed. Several methods to identify wheat late spring coldness resistance and multiple indicators were proposed, but a testing pipeline showing precise remains well established. The transcriptomic and proteomic approaches have become well accepted in deciphering the mechanisms of wheat resistance to cold in spring. Many genes and proteins involved in the regulation networks have been proposed, but most of them are yet verified. Here we suggest to establish a precise and reliable assessment pipeline (including but not limited, accessible indices of cold resistance, wheat development stages, and equipment). Once this is well established, screening for elite germplasm accessions showing improved cold tolerance in spring and unlocking the functional mechanism would become possible.
