Analysis of soybean germplasm agronomic traits in Shanxi province and Guizhou province was conducted,and the object was to reveal relationship of two provinces and to provide theory basis of germplasm reproduce.The results showed that diversity of Guizhou germplasm was lower than that of Shanxi province.Germplasm could maturity naturally planted in resemble region which would meet require of germplasm reproduce.Large different of three quantitativetraits value were found between new investigated and trait from catalog,and reference value was not ensured which need further studied.
