水稻亚种间杂种优势利用曾使水稻单产有了很大的提高,但水稻种间与亚种间的杂种不育性仍然普遍存在,从而影响了杂种优势的进一步利用。本文首先对水稻产生杂种不育的细胞学水平原因进行了分类分析,然后对产生杂种不育的遗传学机理进行了探讨,接着全面总结了各种杂种不育基因座位的定位情况以及被克隆出的基因情况,最后对如何克服杂交不育与利用杂种优势提出了自己的观点。
The application of the heterosis of rice subspecies increased the yield of rice dramatically, but the problem is still universal that hybrid sterility exists in subspecies as well as species of rice, and it hinders the utility of hybrid sterility of rice. In this paper, firstly, the cellular reason of hybrid sterility was elucidated in different aspects, then the genetic mechanism of hybrid sterility was discussed, and the delimitation and map-cloning of various different hybrid sterility genes were summarized, and the personal viewpoint of the author about how to overcome hybrid sterility and utilize hybrid heterosis was proposed in the end.
