农作物种质资源是作物品种遗传改良的重要物质基础,一个国家种质资源研究水平是其育种核心竞争力的体现。本文首先分析了SCIE数据库种质资源鉴定与利用领域主要发文国家和研究机构,结果表明中国是发文数量最多的国家之一。进一步对种质资源研究发展态势进行了分析,认为种质资源的遗传多样性研究仍是主流, 但研究的性状向多方面扩展, 研究的方法上向应用SNP等新一代分子标记和多种分子标记综合应用发展,作物野生资源的研究受到广泛重视。本文对我国种质资源研究发展趋势进行了综述,介绍了我国种质资源研究的重要进展。提出了要注重对种质资源进行精准表型鉴定的建议。
Crop genetic germplasm is the most important basis for crop genetic improvement. The levels of research on crop germplasm indicated the core competing ability of crop breeding. In this paper, we searched the SCIE data base and analyzed the publications in field of crop germplasms identification and utilization, the results show that China ranks in number one in all the countries in number of publications and genetic diversity is still the main objective but the characteristics and methods used extended to new generation of molecular markers such as SNP. The Wild crop germplasms were much more concerned than before. The current status of study on crop genetic germplasm in China was reviewed and precision phenotyping of crop germplasm was suggested.
