欧洲山芥(Barbarea vulgaris R. Br.)是一种野生十字花科植物,它不仅抗病、抗虫,而且是研究硫甙和皂苷生物合成、植物-昆虫协同进化的模式植物。2015 年本课题组曾发表了《优异抗源欧洲山芥的研究与利用进展》的综述文章,时隔5 年,国内外研究者针对这一优异野生资源的研究取得了很多新进展,本文将对此进行综述,以期为这一优异资源的进一步研究和充分利用提供参考。
Barbarea vulgaris as a cruciferous wild species is an elite germplasm resource on resistance against the pathogenic diseases and insects, and it is also recognized as a model to investigate the biosynthesis process of glucosinolate and saponin and the co-evolution between plant and insect. In 2015, our research group published the review paper ‘Advances on Research and Utilization of Elite Resistant Resource - Barbarea vulgaris’. Considering that the progresses regarding the studies of Barbarea vulgaris have been made worldwide in the past five years, this review summarizes recent advances and expects to provide updated information for the further study and effective use of this elite germplasm.
