    摘要:

    为了解高纬度下花生种质资源表型性状遗传多样性水平,提高花生种质资源综合利用效率,本研究以226份花生种质资源为试验材料,利用变异系数(CV)、遗传多样性指数(H′)及聚类分析等方法对19个表型性状进行了分析。结果表明:①19个表型性状CV的变化范围为 2.90%~34.07%,H′ 变化范围为1.237~2.077,且蔗糖含量的CV最大,34.07%,荚果长的H′最大,2.077;②相关分析表明,19个表型性状的70个相关系数达到显著或极显著水平;主成分分析表明,前7个主成分累积贡献率达82.222%,表明这7个主成分代表了参试材料数量性状82.222%的遗传信息;聚类分析结果显示,226份花生种质资源被划分为3大类群,类群Ⅰ包含14份种质,主要特征是油酸、还原糖、可溶性糖、蔗糖及总糖含量较高。类群Ⅱ包含30份种质,主要特征是结果枝数、主茎高、含油量等12个表型性状的平均值在3个类群中均最大;类群Ⅲ包含182份种质,主要特征是结果枝数及侧枝长等13个性状的变异系数在3个类群中最高,材料类型丰富。③不同类型种质的H'表现不同,地方品种19个表型性状的H'均小于品系、17个性状的H'均小于选育品种,由此可见地方品种的遗传多样性不丰富。④依据不同地理来源种质多样性研究表明,来自河北的种质资源性状数据分布较集中,导致H'偏低,山东及辽宁的种质资源H'较大。⑤利用模糊隶属函数计算7个主成分权重系数,通过综合得分F值筛选出15份优异种质,可用于高纬度下花生育种及品种改良的优异亲本。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand genetic diversity of phenotypic traits of peanut germplasm resources in high latitude and improve their comprehensive utilization efficiency,226 peanut germplasm resources were selected as test materials.19 phenotypic traits were evaluated by coefficient of variation(CV )、Shannon-weaver index(H′)、cluster analysis and so on .The results showed as follows ①The CV ranged from 2.90% to 34.07%,and the H′ranged from 1.237 to 2.077; the CV of sucrose content was the largest (34.07%),and the H′ of pod length was the largest(2.077).② The results of correlation analysis showed that 70 correlation coefficients reached significant or extremely significant level.Principal component analysis revealed that the cumulative contribution rate was 82.222% in the first 7 principal components ,it indicating that these 7 principal components represented 82.222% of the genetic information .Cluster analysis suggested that all those germplasm were divided into 3 categories, group I contained 14 materials, the central feature was the higher content of oleic acid,reducing sugar,soluble sugar,sucrose and total sugar.30 germplasms were included in groupⅡ,its major characteristic was the largest mean of 12 traits, such as number of branches with pods,height of main stem and oil conten.Group Ⅲ contained 182 germplasms, and the CV of 13 traits were the highest in all 3 groups,and contained rich germplsam type.③H′ were different in 3 germplasm types,The all H′ of landraces were smaller than lines,and the H′ of those 17 traits were smaller than breeding varieties,indicating that the genetic diversity of landraces was not rich.④The study on germplasm diversity of different sample source showed that the distribution of the trait data was more concentrated from Hebei germplasm resources ,the H′ was the smaller. while that of Shandong and Liaoning germplasm resources was higher.⑤The fuzzy membership function was used to
