植物种质资源研究领域中,关于核心种质的研究始终扮演着至关重要的角色。它不仅包括了对农作物、林木、花卉以及药用植物等关键物种的种质资源搜集,还涵盖了对这些资源的保存、鉴定、评价和应用等多个方面。核心种质研究工作对于提高作物的产量、改善作物的品质、增强作物的抗逆性等方面具有极其重要的意义。此外,它对于植物的物种多样性保护以及可持续发展策略的制定和实施,也有着不可或缺的深远影响。本文系统综述了植物核心种质研究的发展概况及核心种质构建策略等,重点概述了其在构建方法、构建成果及重要应用研究等领域的最新进展,并对这一领域研究的未来发展趋势进行展望,以期为后续相关研究提供参考和启示。
In the field of plant germplasm resource research, studies on core germplasm have always played a crucial role. This not only involves the collection of germplasm resources of key species such as crops, forest trees, flowers, and medicinal plants but also encompasses multiple aspects including the conservation, identification, evaluation, and application of these resources. Core germplasm research is of utmost significance for yield and quality improvement and stress resistance enhancement in crops. Additionally, it has an indispensable and far-reaching impact on the protection of plant species diversity and the formulation and implementation of sustainable development strategies. This article systematically reviewed the progress and construction strategies of plant core germplasm, focused on summarizing the latest progresses such as construction methods, construction achievements, and important applications, and prospected the future development trends of research in this field, with a view to providing references and insights for subsequent research.
