地方品种的遗传多样性对于小麦育种来说至关重要。利用120K SNP芯片进行全基因组扫描,分析西藏、湖北、云南和四川共292份种质资源的遗传多样性演变规律及变异模式。结果表明:分型后有效SNP位点为86129个,平均每条染色体上有4104个标记。从基因组SNP数量分布来看B>A>D,4D染色体最少,仅有1582个。292份种质资源整体的香农指数变异范围为0.1734-0.3678,平均值为0.2431。292份种质资源整体的PI变异范围为0.0952-0.5010,平均值为0.3146,在0.48-0.49这个数值区间的频率最高。同时,整体的平均期望杂合度(0.8835)大于平均观测杂合度(0.8809),说明群体具有一定的遗传多样性并存在遗传差异。292份冬小麦地方种质资源分为3个类群,群体间的平均遗传距离为0.31344,变异范围在0.00196-0.56513之间。综上所述,揭示了冬小麦地方种质资源的遗传变异模式,为今后遗传改良和育种提供重要的参考依据。
The genetic diversity of landraces is crucial for wheat breeding. We analyzed the genetic diversity evolution patterns and variation patterns of 292 germplasm resources in Tibet, Hubei, Yunnan and Sichuan using a 120K SNP chip. The results show that there were 86,129 effective SNP sites after typing, with an average of 4,104 markers per chromosome. From the distribution of genomic SNP numbers B> A> D, the 4D chromosomes are the fewest at only 1582. The overall variation in the Shannon index across the 292 germplasm collections ranged from 0.1734 to 0.3678, with a mean value of 0.2431. The PI variation range of 292 germplasm resources was 0.0952-0.5010, with an average value of 0.3146, and the highest frequency was in the range of 0.48-0.49.At the same time, the overall average of expected heterozygosity (0.8835) was greater than the average of observed heterozygosity (0.8809), indicating that the population had some genetic diversity and genetic differences. The 292 local winter wheat germplasm resources were divided into 3 taxa, and the mean genetic distance between populations was 0.31344 and variation ranged between 0.00196 and 0.56513. In conclusion, it reveals the genetic variation pattern of local germplasm resources of winter wheat and provides an important reference base for future genetic improvements and breeding.
