在山西省11个地级市105个县级行政区开展谷子种质资源普查与征集工作,同时组织专业调查队对各地级市的30个县(区、市)进行系统调查和抢救性收集,整理分析收集到的谷子种质资源分布情况,并开展田间表型鉴定。结果表明,共收集到谷子种质资源406份,晋中市收集到的种质资源数量最多,为56份,占总资源数的13.97%,阳泉市只收集到6份谷子种质资源。遗传多样性分析表明,谷子种质资源农艺性状变异系数在11.67%~28.88%之间,各性状遗传多样性指数平均值为2.01。相关性分析表明,不同性状间相关系数介于-0.34和0.97之间。主成分分析显示前5个主成分代表谷子种质资源77.707%的遗传信息,利用隶属函数法进行综合评价,筛选出籽根白、小红谷和家谷等11份优异资源。说明山西省谷子种质资源具有丰富的遗传多样性,可为谷子育种提供优良的物质基础。
In this study, a comprehensive survey and collection of foxtail millet germplasm resources were conducted across 11 prefecture-level cities and 105 county-level administrative regions in Shanxi province,China. Specialized investigation teams carried out systematic surveys and rescue collections in 30 counties (cities, districts) of these prefecture-level cities. The distribution of the collected foxtail millet germplasm resources was cataled and analyzed, and phenotypic identification was performed in the field. The results showed that a total of 406 foxtail millet germplasm resources were collected in this survey. The number of germplasm resources collected in the Jinzhong city was the highest, with 56 samples, accounting for 13.97% of the total resources, while only six samples of germplasm resources were collected in the Yangquan city. Genetic diversity analysis indicated that the coefficient of agronomic traits variation (CV) of foxtail millet germplasm resources ranged from 11.67% to 28.88%, and the mean Shannon-Wiener diversity index was 2.01. Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficients between different traits ranged from -0.34 to 0.97. Principal component analysis showed that the first five principal components represented 77.707% of the total genetic variability. Using the membership function method, 11 elite accessions such as Zigenbai, Xiaohonggu, and Jiagu, were identified as superior genetic resources. These results indicate that foxtail millet in Shanxi harbors substantial genetic diversity, providing valuable germplasm for future breeding programs.
