为了更好地保护和利用软枣猕猴桃种质资源,本研究选取了64份软枣猕猴桃及12份近缘种质资源,运用相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析等方法对其20项果实性状指标的变异特点和多样性进行研究,结果显示,数量性状、描述型性状的多样性指数范围分别是1.45~2.08、0.59~2.19,前者多样性更丰富。76份种质中占比最高的果肩形状为方、果喙端形状为微尖凸、果心横截面形状为椭圆,这3个描述型性状的多样性较低,多样性指数分别为0.75、0.67和0.59。数量性状的变异系数均值为26.29%,其中抗坏血酸含量的变异系数最高(82.74%),干物质含量的变异系数最小(11.62%)。聚类分析将76份种质材料划分为5个类群,不同类群间的性状存在明显差别。对11项数量性状进行主成分分析,所得4个主成分的累计贡献率达82.35%,筛选出单果质量、可滴定酸、抗坏血酸、可溶性总糖共4个性状作为软枣猕猴桃果实表型评价利用的重要指标。通过综合评价筛选出8个优异种质资源,分别是软枣8025、龙成2号、丹阳LD133、猕枣1号、2019125317(第三次农作物种质普查资源)、桓优1号、长江1号、丰裕2号。丰富的表型多样性为软枣猕猴桃种质资源的选育、开发和利用提供了基础。
To facilitate the conservation and utilization of Actinidia arguta germplasm resources, this study selected 64 Actinidia arguta germplasm and 12 related species to investigate variation patterns and diversity in 20 fruit traits through correlation, cluster, principal component analyses, and other methods. The results indicated that the diversity index (H') ranged from 1.45 to 2.08 for quantitative traits and from 0.59 to 2.19 for qualitative traits, revealing greater diversity among quantitative traits. Among the 76 accessions, the most common fruit shoulder shape was square, the fruit beak shape was minutely cuspidal bulge, and the fruit core cross-sectional shape was elliptical. These three qualitative traits exhibited relatively low diversity indices of 0.75, 0.67, and 0.59, respectively. Quantitative traits displayed a mean coefficient of variation (CV) of 26.29%, with ascorbic acid content having the highest CV (82.74%) and dry matter content having the lowest CV(11.62%). Cluster analysis categorized germplasms into five distinct groups with significant inter-group trait variations. Principal component analysis of 11 quantitative traits yielded four components accounting for 82.35% cumulative variance, identifying single-fruit weight, titratable acid, ascorbic acid, total soluble sugar content as key phenotypic evaluation indicators. Eight elite germplasms were selected through comprehensive evaluation: Ruanzao 8025, Longcheng 2, Danyang LD133, Mizao 1, 2019125317 (from the Third nationwide survey of agricultural germplasm resources), Huanyou 1, Changjiang 1, and Fengyu 2. The rich phenotypic diversity provides a foundation for the selection, development, and utilization of Actinidia arguta germplasm resources.
