我国有3种野生稻,与普通野生稻和药用野生稻相比,稀有的疣粒野生稻种质资源濒危性保护更为重要。目前疣粒野生稻保护理论研究和技术研发比较滞后,保存技术规范缺乏,对异生境保护和原生境保护的支撑力度不足。本规程通过总结和分析多年调查和试验结果,详细制定了疣粒野生稻资源异生境保护技术规程,内容包括保存工作程序、种质样本获得、试种观察、整理编目、入库保存、入圃保存、种植、田间管理、监测、收获、更新复壮和扩繁、分发、种质信息等操作规范和基本要求,以期为疣粒野生稻资源异生境保护提供技术参考。本规程适用于疣粒野生稻资源的种质保存。
There are three wild rice germplasm resources in China. Compared with Oryza rufipogon and Oryza officinalis, Oryza granulata exhibits more distinct scarcity and endangerment status and utmost importance in protection. At present, the research on the theory of wild rice conservation and the development of conservation technology are relatively lagging behind, and there is a lack of standardized technical guidelines, which results in insufficient support for both ex-situ and in-situ conservation. Based on the results of many years of investigation and experiments, the standard technical regulation for ex-situ conservation of Oryza granulata resources was summarized and normalized. It mainly includes the saving procedures, acquisition of germplasm samples, trial planting and observation, cataloging and organization, ex-situ conservation, planting in the field, field management, monitoring, harvesting, rejuvenation and propagation, distribution, germplasm information. Our study provides technical reference for ex-situ conservation of Oryza granulata resources. The technical regulations are applicable to ex-situ conservation of Oryza granulata resources.
