摘要
云南栘[木衣]是云南省的著名野生果树,其果实营养丰富,是理想的绿色水果,由于其果实中富含单宁、粗纤维和黄酮类化合物,导致大多数果实口感酸涩难以直接食用。课题组在前期资源调查过程发现云南栘[木衣]果实自然变异丰富,部分个体的果实汁甜肉脆口感较好,受到大众的喜爱,因此本研究期望筛选出鲜食型优树。本研究以云南省澜沧县糯扎渡镇的100株鲜食型候选单株为研究对象,对其果实表型(单果重、果实横径、果实纵径)进行测定分析,以平均果重(61.28 g)为指标,共筛选出66株初选优株;在此基础上,对初选优株的品质性状(总糖、总酸、维生素C、黄酮、单宁、粗蛋白、粗纤维)进行测定及分析。结果表明,各性状均存在一定变异,其中维生素C含量变异最大,变异系数为0.318,总糖含量最为稳定,总体一致性较高,变异系数为0.064;相关性分析结果表明,除粗蛋白含量与黄酮含量呈显著负相关,其余指标间呈正或负相关,且均未达到显著水平。采用综合评分法对初选优株进行打分并排名,排名越高说明其综合品质越好,最终根据单样本平均数假设检验确定显著低于平均分数的下限值,最终筛选出总得分高于最低下限值(56.13)的13株鲜食型优良个体,其中综合排名第一的为98号,得分66,综合表现最好,其余优株按照综合评分从高到低依次为:1、15、34、12、76、9、77、8、71、7、99、6号。本研究共筛选出了13个优良单株,为鲜食型云南栘[木衣]良种选育提供了宝贵材料。
云南栘[木衣] [Docynia delavayi (Franch.) Schneid.]为蔷薇科(Rosaceae)桗栘属(Docynia)常绿乔木,是云南省特有的野生果树之
优树选择是林木改良的基础手段,是良种选育的基础性工作;能充分利用当地的种质资源,且所选优树适应性较强,是最快速、最经济和最有效的育种途
云南栘[木衣]果实含有丰富的营养物质,是理想的鲜食型绿色水果,但由于其果实中单宁、黄酮以及粗纤维等生物活性物质含量高,导致果实口感酸涩,难以直接入口。课题组在资源调查过程发现其自然变异丰富,部分个体的果实汁甜肉脆,接近花红(Malus asiatica Nakai)的口感。因此,本研究在走访调查的基础上,以单果重、果实纵径、横径指标为标准,筛选出初选优株;在此基础上,以总酸、单宁、黄酮以及粗纤维为负向指标,总糖、Vc、粗蛋白等为正向指标,结合综合评分法筛选出鲜食型优良单株,为鲜食型云南栘[木衣]良种选育提供宝贵材料。
在云南省普洱市澜沧拉祜族自治县糯扎渡镇扁担山村、上干坝、大路寨、慢登山、金厂河等地,通过实地踏查及访问调查,初步确定了果实口感较好、长势好、结实量高、无明显病虫害的100个候选单株(

果实采集编号后,将其带回实验室对果实表型进行测定,3次重复,将果实清洗干净后,将除果核外的部分切成2~3 cm小块,为防止果实含量遇热分解,于恒温烘箱内45 ℃烘至恒重,用多功能粉碎机将果干磨至面粉状且无明显颗粒,装袋编号备用。
云南栘[木衣]果实总糖含量的测定,参照GB5009.7—2016食品中还原糖测定标
用Excel 2021和SPSS 21.0对所有数据进行整理、相关性分析、K-S检验后综合评分并排序。
根据选优目标,共选择8个指标进行分级打分,包含1个果实表型指标(单果重)和7个果实品质含量指标(总糖、总酸、Vc、黄酮、单宁、粗纤维、粗蛋白)。因性状较多且各性状存在较大差异,根据各性状的均值、标准差、极差综合选择评分法进行综合评判。参照贺盼

以云南栘[木衣]优树评选表的标准对66株初选优良单株进行综合评分,并对其总得分进行K-S(Kolmogorov smirnov)检验,其总体数值服从正态分布。根据总体候选优树得分平均数进行单样本平均数假设检验,确定显著低于平均分数的下限值为56.13。
将得分大于56.13分的单株作为复选优树,从66株初选优树中选出13株(

根据用途的不同,在选择优树时所选取的指标也有所不同,如冬枣树为果用型树种,在进行选优时主要以果实经济性状、果实品质、产量、物候期、抗性和生长发育6项一级指标为参
植物的许多性状之间存在着一定的相关性,而进行相关性分析可以直观地发现各性状间的内在联
就选择方法而言,优树选择的方法包括独立标准法、连续选择法和评分法
在100株云南栘[木衣]优树中筛选出高于平均单果重(61.28 g)的单株作为初选优株,剔除了34株,筛选出66株作为初选优树。以初选优株作为材料,对它们的果实进行了总糖、总酸、Vc、黄酮、粗蛋白、单宁、粗纤维含量的测定,这些数据在利用SPSS 21.0软件进行描述性统计分析和相关性分析后,对初选优株的这些性状利用综合评分法进行评选,选出高于最低下限值56.13的13株复选优树,为鲜食型云南栘[木衣]良种选育提供了宝贵培育材料。
