    Abstract:

Twenty-eight soybean accessions were selected from the National Genebank, including 19 Mancangjins from various regions,9 accessions having related pedigree. The relationships between all accessions were characterized by agronomic traits and SSR markers. Base on the data came from agronomic traits and SSR,there were obvious differences between all of 28 accessions.23 SSR primers were used and 151 alleles were detected with average 6.6 alleles per locus. Analyzing all Mancangjin's genetic relationship with Jinyuan and Huangbaozhu which are authenticatedas as the parents of Mancagjin,it is speculated that ZDD00078 and ZDD00924 are more conceivably derived from the cross between Huangbaozhu and Jinyuan.
